Oldham County High School Strategic Plan, Vision 2019-2020, highlights the school commitment to equity and the belief that every person can contribute to a sense of acceptance and community. The Cultural Competence and Equity/Diversity Team will design and facilitate the implementation of cultural competence awareness and training. The goal of the strategic initiative is to support increased knowledge, understanding and development of the skills and attitudes of the entire OCHS community that results in culturally responsive environments for all.
